watts

Hello everyone, I wanted to purchase another light for my 40-gallon reef tank. I currently have 64 watts above the tank. I read recently that reef tanks usually have more watts per gallon than I currently have. Would it be wise to purchase another one of the lights and get 32 more watts making...

So a recent Poll/question of the day talked about MH vs LED - Don't want to debate the plusses or minus of coral growth, etc - this poll is about 'light settings' and therefor how much energy is being used. Halides/T5's go off and on - and are running (from my understanding) at full power...
