So today while admiring my 7 month old tank I noticed a little wiggling on me rocks , and then realised I've got a infestation of tiny tiny little white worms ! 100s of them all over my rock tried to get pics but they so small I'm struggling. How boned am I ?

Usually I see them when the flow is turned off and I feed my fish. They feast on mysis shrimp. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
