zero lamps

Hello! Please help! I bought the Kessil X controller with 2 tuna blue led lights. Everything is plugged in but my controller says 'zero lamps' connected? I have to tuna blues connected. I dont know what Im doing wrong. I bought a 10' cable off ebay to connect the two lights, plus the controller...
