I say do it. Grab whatever for a URL - you can always do a 2nd one if people object and just do a redirect to the forum.

And for what it's worth, I'm not sure if the "who's logged in" thingy is real-time accurate. There could be a delay if people just close their browsers but don't log off the site.

Dave - check your private messages. I just sent you directions on how to upload a page via Site5's FTP system.

And I just noticed the "Create New File" link in the File Manager. You can create an HTML file there if you want to do the "Coming soon page" right there without using some sort of HTML program.

Nah - it's likely something with the path. Like I said in the PM, I wouldn't worry too much about it at this point. It's a non-issue once vBulletin gets installed onto the site. Then your domain name will point to IPaddress/~Site5userName/index.php.

Hmmm....you could actually try that now. Send your domain name to IPaddress/~Site5userName/index.html.

But again, long-term I wouldn't sweat it.
