Clean or scrape all the sides of the tank and increase water flow slightly. This is bubbles sticking to surface/film algae
Also add snails such as astrea, turbo grazer, cerith and nerite to help with control. Also reduce white light intensity.
Is tank at or near a window?
Are you using RODI water or tap water from faucet?

Tank is near a window but blinds are always shut and I use RODI water 95% times. But I used tap water recently like 3 time.

Tap water is a contributor and The UV from sun will penetrate shades-blinds and curtain which both were my suspects. Placing black construction paper on side facing window will reduce this drastically.

Can these bubbles hurt my corals I see some on my torches polyps.

No but will stick to all surfaces. Around corals, give the bubbles gentle bursts with a turkey baster to dislodge them
