I hear that. I saw a post that was talking about it seems like there’s a live sale in what seems like every week now. There’s only a few vendors that I actually pay attention to, SBB being one obviously. Very easy to get overwhelmed with livesaleitis.

Question for those who bought the Red Sea salt 200g sack, what was condition when you receive it. bag must be really strong to shipping? before I get it, I want to ask

Might be late but in a thick bag. And delivered in a box....we had an old blue bucket we kept and just jeep reusing that.

Anybody here using the dreaded TMP? I had been using TM syn-biotic and wanting to switch to something else. During BRS Black Friday sale I ended up with 5 boxes of TMP. ji recently finished out the syn-biotic so I slowly converted over (slowly added more pro reef and less syn-biotic). Now that I’m using all TMP I have noticed black particles settled out in my bucket every time I mix. I can even see them in the bag of salt. Never had any settled out particles in the syn-biotic. I would have figured after the black eye they got with the whole Turkey deal they would have made sure there aren’t impurities in the salt going forward. Since switching over I have lost most of my encrusting corals… chalices, leptos, stylos and some type of maze. My last ICP (only one I’ve done since switching salt) came back with dangerously high levels of Chromium. I’m sure it is just a coincidence since at 5-15% water changes every couple of days if it was coming from the salt it would have to be such high concentration it would kill anyones tank that was 100% that salt but wondering if anyone out there is still using TMP and have you been seeing black particles settled out after mixing?

I use the tmp classic. I have a little bit left. Haven't noticed anything. I'm switching and placed order for Red Sea (blue lid).
