I will be there on Friday to help set up for sure and depends on my sons soccer schedule for Saturday.

I can swing by after work on Friday (4PMish) since I'll be just down the street. I'm available all day Saturday so I can do member sign ups, raffles, etc.

I'm with Josh on this. I'll be available all day Saturday to be doing something involved with this, even if it involves bouncing around from one station to another. I'll try and come out Friday to help setup as I'd really like to, but can't commit to that as of yet as I am already committing all day Saturday to this!

12-12:45 for raffles
1:30 - 2:15 new member sign up
3-3:45 Front door
5pm - ??? Cleanup

I'll do more as needed but put me down for these for now.

Smiths Reef and I are available for any shifts after 3 on Saturday. Door, raffle, what-have-you. We can probably stick around for clean-up as well, but can't commit to that because we may have to travel that evening.
