Haha barking drives me crazy! Thanks for catching up . I did get the pump noise fixed by using the soft tubing and plumbed it to the hard pvc. I agree that my system is very nice and I love it!

Update: I ordered a big pack from @MRReefs to be able to acclimate new corals/anemones, got a frag rack, and take better photos from top down view! Here are the pics!

Well, I made some changes to my tank! I removed my powerhead and added 2 MP40s on The back wall for SPS corals. Now, it looks like my flow rate is around 6,800 gph or 90x! It’s gonna be difficult to make all corals happy since it’s a mixed reef lol.

Oh, I bought many sps frags and they are coming this week . I also added a rainbow bubble tip anemone next to my huge anemone since I found it for a great deal.

Thanks, it makes me so happy to see SPS growing crazy fast! Sorry, I thought I mentioned it somewhere. I just do 15% WC biweekly with regular IO. I do not dose and everything looks awesome.

Unfortunately, I can’t have a leopard wrasse due to my coarse sand and it’s less than an inch too.

I have some surprising news! My rainbow anemone has splitted into 4 anemones! I got them all and put them in my anemone box, so I’m gonna let them grow a bit and sell 3 of them! My big Sherman anemone is still growing lol.

Hey guys! I’m finally starting my build thread for my 10 month old reef tank lol.

So, I have a 29g reef. I do around 15% water change weekly. (This tank is running without a sump, no skimmer, and no dosing.) I have a mix of softies, zoas, lps, and sps.

Setup: (GO TO PAGE 3 FOR UPDATED 75G SETUP)

• Tank: 29g long
• Sand: 30 pounds of white sand
• Rock: 20 to 30 pounds of live rock
• Lighting: Mars Aqua 165W running at 75% blues, 0% whites for 8 hours a day.
• Stand: A granite top dresser from a bedroom set (I know right, but it looks nice lol)
• Filtration: Seachem Tidal 75 filled with ceramic bioballs, fine and coarse sponges, and Seachem matrix
• Heater: 100W heater (Don’t remember the brand), I also got a backup heater which is Eheim Jager
• Flow: 2 of Hydor Koralia Nano 565gph (total gph: 1,130gph)
• Lid: White eggcrate piece

• 1 Ocellaris Clown (used to have 2, but removed 1 due to insane aggression whenever I have blue lights on, that was a surprise!)
