I saw this online by chandler rocks custom aquascaping and was inspired:

I was wondering if I could 3D print a skull and then glue it into some liverock for my aquascape for a 32g cube. I was thinking a skull with more holes and more embedded into liverock so that I’m not giving up much filtration and then I could eventually glue frags on it so that it will begin to look encrusted?

Thoughts or ideas? I have a friend with an Ender who is willing to print for me.

Knock yourself out. All the 3d printed plastics in my aquarium get coraline encrusted nicely.

If you're using an Ender, PETG is a good option. For an enclosed printer, ABS or ASA both work really well.

Sounds like my reef is getting a skull. After all…
