Adaptation of car battery to a 1.5 ups

There are times when my tank runs out of power for several hours and that worries me a lot and I was thinking about adapting one or two car batteries to one UPS (Apc back-ups for 1500 va) and I would like to know if they have already done so or if you recommend it

Simply use a power inverter from an auto store which will provide AC power
