Hello all!

I've heard that much like adding a lot of plants to a freshwater tank, adding a lot of coral to a reef tank can decrease the availability of nutrients and kill algae. I've added floating plants to countless freahwater tanks to wisk away nutrients and leave a tank spotless, but thriving. I know coral use some of the same nutrients as algae (since they have algae in them) and I've wondered if having a lot of them could kill an infestation of, say GHA.

What do you guys think?

Gha will not grow over coraline algae, so try to get some of that going.
