Adding tisbe pods

I have a mandarin and I bought some tisbe pods to introduce into the tank, should i put a sponge into the tank on a veggie clip or dump into tank directly thanks

Dump them after temp acclimation. Turn pumps off for the moment so they make it to rocks and sand etc to hide.

No I never had any sponge
Here is info from a pod farm:
For best results, allow bottle to reach room temperature before introducing to aquarium.
Deliver Pods into aquarium or refugium by dispensing directly to rocks or algae through dispensing cap.
For Best Yield, when dispensing directly into aquarium, add half of bottle contents during daylight & half during nightime as to reduce predation by fish.
