AI Hydra 26 wont go on after connection

Hey all, please help.
I am from the netherlands so my english is not the best. I have 2 ai hydras 26 hd. Got them second hand. I have a connection but the lights wont go on. Not on the app or with the pc.one light is flahing green and the other is permanent blue. what do i need to do?

I cant find them with the mobius app.. itried to connect them 1 by 1 but still nothing.. i had a idea maybey one whas broken but both turn on..

Maybe try a factory reset on both...?

yes i did .. i have send a email to AI for some help
