I've fought bryopsis before it wasn't bad but I don't think this is thatBryopsis. This is very tough stuff to battle as most fish and CUC will not eat it. You must get to the roots to get to the issue. Reduce white light intensity, pull as much as you can by hand.
Treat with either liquid Vibrant or more effective: Fluconasal (FLUX). It works very well on Bryopsis, GHA and Turf.
Its a gamble, but Ninja snails are the ones that would likely feed on this.
