Any ideas what this little thing is? It's quite tiny, maybe 6

mm in diameter.

Fan worm. Usually poses no issues. I never read any of them posing an issue. I say 99% reef safe. It's just a filter feed. Takes nutrients from the water column. Enjoy the little bugger!
