We regularly ask you what kinds of things will enhance your experience, and we try whenever possible to implement your ideas. Our switch to 100% WYSIWYG inventory is a direct result of your suggestion! We want to be the most consumer-focused, customer-responsive vendor in our industry, and it starts with listening.
One of the things that reefers have continuously pointed out to us is that they'd rather spend their hard earned money on corals, not on Fed Ex!
Our $35 flat rate shipping and no box charge for orders under $200.00 was already among the most competitive in our industry, but we didn't want to sit on our laurels. We realize that not everyone wants or needs to spend $200 every time they purchase from us, and that the shipping cost has been a factor in deciding to make purchases at that price point, so we felt that more value is needed in this area. As promised, we did a review of operational costs related to shipping, and are pleased to announce that we have LOWERED our shipping rates as follows:
Fed Ex Flat Rate Shipping was $35.00 for orders under $200. It's now $28.00!
CA Fed Ex Flat Rate Shipping was $20.00 for orders under $200. It's now $18.00!
This translates into less of your money going towards shipping, so you're getting more corals for the money! It's all part of our putting reefers first, and continuously creating a better experience for you! We hope that you are able to take advantage of these lower shipping costs, and we appreciate your business- and your feedback!
