Any affordable refugium light options that are easy to set up/direct as desired and include a shroud?

Currently I have a 100w CF Grow light sort of clumsily hung above my 29 gallon sump (specifically over the middle chamber, which is my refugium of about 10 gallons). It's not very even. It bleeds a ton of light. I'd rather have something else that is easier to set up/point towards my chaeto ball and has less bleed, since my sump is only partly covered and there's a good enough of light leaking out of/around it. Any advice?

Tunze makes a submergible light for refugiums. Perhaps that might work for you?

Sadly this seems impossible to find anywhere. If allegedly isn't discontinued, but it doesn't seem to have been in stock anywhere remotely recently.

Anyone have an alternative suggestion?
