Any ideas. White dots on rocks and walls?

Trying to figure out if these are just normal ecosystem, let them be or hitchhiker eggs from TBS live rock. Posted a couple of pictures. Also of note is a huge population of smaller snails that could be related after TBS live rock.

All seems ok, corals thriving so hopefully not a long term issue.
