I added this Pink Tail along with a 6" Bird Wrasse and 3x 3" Squirrelfish.

Pink Tail is about 4" but is getting a serious beat down from the crew, no other aggression otherwise.

Has anyone had success with this technique? IMG_8461.jpg

Have you tried hanging a mirror on the side as a distraction?

Was going to try it by my wife didnt have a full length mirror.

I let the Pink Tail go last night saw it eat this morning.

I've never seen one before but it's coloration still seems muted, maybe still stressed.

We'll see how it goes...

2 days in the shark tank worked. Put the trigger up most visible corner of the tank. Looks pretty banged up may have gotten a laceration from the sohal but doesn’t look stress and eating.

I’ll be trying this method again in the future, little to zero aggression has been shown since.
