I started out with about a 1" frag 2 years ago of a yellow tenuis. It grew well in my 45G and continued growing once put into my 150G. About a month ago its color began to fade. Water parameters remained stable and nothing else showed signs of stress (water parameters below). I checked often for signs of pests, during the day, at night, with a black light, etc. Today I ended up pulling the mini colony out of the tank due to its condition. Looking at my levels, I know my nitrates and phosphates are very low, but I feed extremely heavy and I put a good amount of flow and light into the tank (SPS dominant). Before I tossed it aside today, I looked it over closely and found these. They aren't mobile, they are spherical in shape, but were found in 2-3 locations on the colony. Anyone have an idea of what this is?

Salinity 1.025
Alk 8.2-.8.4
Ca 410
NO3 0
PO4 0
Mag 1450

Lastly, my recent ICP test didn't show any signs of anything way out of range either.
