I took this pic and I would really like to get the glare defects (don't know if that's the technical name) out of the pic, ESPECIALLY the mare's head and neck. I've been messing with it in PSP8 but I don't know enough about photoshopping to know if I can do any more with it. Thanks in advance to anyone that can make this pic better.

Chelsey,

I guess the easiest way to remove the glare would be to simulate a backlit picture and paint the remainder of the horse's head as a silhoutee. The head does not necessarily have to be black it can be dark shades of brown. Just my two cents.

This is artsy but its all i could do with it.

I rebuilt the missing parts on the head and took out the colt in the back ground.
