Apex was working w/o internet. Now overnight it doesn’t.

Could apex be down? My internet has been out for 3 days but I’ve been able to control it through my phone. I woke up this morning and now it’s not connecting. I’ve also tried connecting an Ethernet into my computer from the apex. What can I do?

Apex is not down! It sounds like an internet/connectivity issue for you. Did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in or rebooting it in the app?

check your router map to see if it recognizes your apex as being connected. mine, from time to time, will lose internet connectivity with my router, so my network map wont show the apex being connected. if it doesnt show it connected, that means its the connection for sure.
ive had mine disconnect a few times. resetting the apex doesnt work most times. usually comes down to resetting the network

Internet is back up. Not sure why that happened but everything’s back to normal.

You can connect directly to your apex and not Fusion by entering the ip address of the apex. I suggest setting a static ip address so it never changes and you won't have timeout connectivity issues.
