Setting up this thread to follow the set up and progress on my first marine tank.
While I originally intended to go with a larger tank to start, following discussion with LFS decided on a smaller setup that will eventually (maybe) retire as a QT but enable a start while considering best location, size etc for in-wall build.
Previously had a 5x2x2 freshwater tank that I had to decommission just prior to some house renovations a few years ago. Having recently moved, the new place has space for a decent size set up on the ground floor - hallelujah!! still get shudders thinking about moving the old tank up the front stairs to our old place
