I have a newbie questions about bidding. Yesterday I was bidding aquaSD corals on ebay and I am being told by ebay " please pay for your unpaid items" in the middle of bidding. I can't even place maximan bid and got outbid on some items I really wanted. My ebay account is new. Is it normal? This is my first time bidding for corals.

Sorry about the issue. The reason why this happened is because your ebay account is new, therefore ebay placed restrictions on your bids. There wont' be any issues in the future once a few positive feedbacks are submitted under your account.
