1. Does come with mounts for one Ecotech, AI, or Kessil LED Light Module
Includes mounts for the following models of LED Lights:

Ecotech XR30
Ecotech XR15
Kessil 360
AI Prime but AI Prime lights require the use of the prime hanging kit(sold separately)
AI Hydra 26
AI Hyrda 52

2. Doesn't come with bulbs
