What is this growing on the back of this rock? Someone told me it might be Blue xena but I am not sure. Ideas?

So those are a good hitchhiker/bonus? I am still new to the world of saltwater and coral.
Depends on what your goals are really. A lot of people don't like them as they can spread easily and be a little invasive but if you're after easy to keep soft corals then they will add plenty of movement to your tank.

How would I move them off this rock onto another in my 90? Do I just break that part of the rock?
