Hi all. I've pulled a couple of what I believe to be Asterina from the tank, gently with no loss of limb to reproduce, over the weekend.

I also noted something on the side of the tank that if zoomed properly also looks like starfish. Any thoughts as to what they might be on the glass?

That's a fair point, lol. I pulled them out of the tank carefully so that they WOULDN'T reproduce in the tank.

I also just pulled a 3rd one out. :(

On the upper left are snail eggs, probably from some sort of dove snail (@ISpeakForTheSeas help me out with the species name)
I'm good with snail eggs. There are little snails all over the glass. I thought these looked like starfish and I know they're likely not my one red linkia. My sand sifter has been MIA for months.

Haha, I’m not familiar enough with the individual species to know which one by the eggs yet (in some cases that might not be possible), but yeah, those are Dove Snail (family Columbellidae) eggs. Should be good CUC.

Thanks; I was afraid I was getting the beginnings of an asterina breakout; I haven't added anything in a very long time.
