It does sound and look awesome!

Depending on what you were using for a reactor and how you have your new reactor setup I can see how your used GFO could be reacted better, and it definitely sounds like some tuning either of the flow through the reactor or the qty of gfo needs to be done so you are not stripping your water completely. That said the amount of phosphate that an amount of GFO can react with is fixed, so making it last longer does not seem likely to me.

I was using a mr5 Avast reactor. It's been pretty amazing and eye opening at the same time.. I normally, with my regular reactors, at maximum only got down to 0.03. But this one has been quite a pleasant shock! It has kept my levels at 0.01(just checked today), and ultimately it "shows" in the tank and fuge..

Lol, the one thing that i did discover today, and am working on, is that my alk went down.. This is the first time that this has ever happened with "any" reactor that i have ever used.. And that's including my mr5. And the best results i ever had was with that reactor. So the reactor i previously used world well. But just nothing on the level of this thing!

Its funny because i looked at pictures i took about a month ago, and even in this short time, I notice a difference in color... The only thing that has been changed is the reactor..

This is going to make it easy for in the future!
