Pbt will prolly be hard to find under 3". Blue hippo you can get tiny, I've also seen a tiny Deshardini Tang at an lfs but pbt 3" is smallest you will prolly find. Just my experience

Thinking of picking up like 5 cleaner shrimp as well when I get the tangs to just help them adjust and possibly have a little nature helping de stress the fish. Is this a good idea?

They can be overly active and annoy fish- 1-2 would make more sense

In a 200? Was also thinking they could help with cleanup.
They go after food/uneaten food but get their name from cleaning flukes off fish. For scavenging, coral banded and are great scavengers but also can steal food
 

Even rocks deserve another chance! Would you reuse old reef rock in your saltwater tank?
