idk what brand it is, but it is all acrylic, even the lid.

I was told it MAY be a clear for life, but idk...it came with a pc ballast rated for 2x96w and had 2 65w bulbs...with the grnd prong ***** off if every cord. I took it off and have a light in its way for the tank. 150w metal halide :) Its free, Leds arent lol.

But I DID fill it, salt it, and rock it out. I added the most expensive rocks in my house, 10/lb stuff! Looks great! I used all established water (right after a good water change) the rock was also cooking for a couple weeks after a freshwater aptasia destruction.

So the tank is what she wanted, where she wants it, and until i get the light, is limited to her mushrooms and a ricordia rock on the top shelf...led lights w/ 1w bulbs as temporary :) lol its def overcast in the aquarium. i have a ton of corals to stock it with, so as soon as i get the light, i will update pics.

this tank is 30g. it has an mj1200 return pump, 3 outlets, and an overflow on the side. i have one koralia (rubbed off sticker lol) all that it has is bioballs for a filter until i grow my chaeto back up from the last harvest and get a submersible fuge light.

I have a powerstrip, non surge protecting til i get the light. i may get a skimmer, depending on how many water changes she actually does. lol. i told her i will set it up and get the corals and fish in the water where she wants them, but after that its all on her. :) wish her luck! should be easy for her seeing i have 8 other tanks that she gets educated on lol

Tossed in a flame scallop from my reef in last night, picture as soon as I have a chance, but I think this is the only scallop in the world who went to a visible spot on his own :) lol. Still no light yet, just the cheapo leds....ricordias looking fine and so are the regular mushrooms.
