Branching Hammer Coral Losing Color

Anybody have some insight on why my hammer is losing its color on the tips? I got it almost three weeks ago...pictures are below.

Water parameters are as follows:
Salinity - 1.025 sg
pH - 8.2
Calcium - 455 ppm
Phospates - 0.03 ppm
Alkalinity - 7.7 dKH
Temperature is normally around 77.6 to 78.5 (degrees fahrenheit)

Live stock include:
2 ocellaris clownfish
1 cleaner shrimp
2 nassarius snail

Mine does this too. I have no clue why, I assumed it’s because it’s to little or too much light
