Bta split?

Just wondering if my bta is splitting. It started developing a split on its side, you can kinda see it in the picture. It's been deflating a lot too. Just wanted some more experienced input

honestly it looks bleached which means its not happy, either low light or not good water parameters.

It was displayed this color before I purchased it, I checked all my parameters and it's right under the light.
