I've got a problem with this is my frag tank. Its a bare bottom tank, and none of my other tanks are. I'm not having the issue in any of them either. This stuff grows so fast. I thought it was dino's first, but its not. I did the dino test and everything. It scrubs off with a brush, but its so annoying. Its keeping my zoas closed after a few days, as it seems to cover them up, and has killed several. I'm doing my best with nutrient control, and I'm burning through phosguard like crazy. I'm about to do a 72 hour blackout. Aside from that, are there any other methods besides chemiclean for this stuff?

Physical removal and nutrient control, don't believe chemiclean will take it out all the way and may cause other issues.

You want to get it out of the tank, so siphoning or scrubbing any removable surfaces outside of the tank will work best. Just brushing it off inside the tank will make it spread quicker IME.
