Can anyone ID this thing? (New Tank)

Tank is about 4 weeks into cycling. What is this thing? Just noticed it on the bottom side of a rock when I was feeding the fish. I am using one small piece of live rock from the LFS so maybe it came off that? Rest of the rock is Carbisea dryrock.

If that's the best you can get, then you got to either describe it REALLY well, or ID that yourself. It's impossible just off of that pic...

It's not moving on the rock, it in that place, there is more of it on the back side of the rock but its hard to get an image of it. That rock it's on was just added like 1 week ago. I will look tomorrow and see if it moves from that position.

Just take the rock out and remove it...

Found it this morning, I removed it from the tank. Here is a clear photo of the thing.. lol Anyone know what this is? Is it good or bad?
