Hey people new to the hobby tanks just over 3 months can anyone help me what is this growing in my tank and solutions to get rid of it please thanks people

all test are bang on
Lights are on for 8-9 hours
Not over feeding

You will have a roller-coaster of algae regardless of parameters. All are normal. Remove what you can by hand during water changes. Keep parameters in order. Hard to tell from pic but looks like cyano.

Thanks for the help yeah that's what I thought it could be I will do that will doing a black out help it clear up aswel or shall I just keep removing it on water change days I read that cyano can be a real pain haha

Algae is a normal part of a tank maturing. Don't consider extreme measures until things are really bad.
