I have a IM Nuvo Fusion (Lagoon 25) all-in-one and just bought two Kamoer X1 dosing pumps. As I was reading the instructions, it says to make sure the pump is mounted above the sump. Well, being an AIO, my sump is in the back of my tank, and I was planning to put the pumps in my stand below.

So my question is, can the pump push the dose uphill about 3 feet? Will there be some issue if the pump is not above the water line?

I guess I missed that instruction, lol. My kamoer pumps from under the tank without any problem, about 4 feet

Awesome, great to hear, thanks! I have one other question about this pump - I saw some people saying that after a power outage that it didn’t start back up dosing. But Kamoer has said it only resets the clock. What has been your experience?

We have very frequent blips in power so this is going to be useless to me if I have to set it back up every time the power goes out, but I could deal with the clock resetting by spreading the dosing out throughout the day.
