Hard to tell from the pic, but resembles a flatworm- red planaria. Better pic may help. Those are bad news.

I made one little video but i cant post it , the thing is that i got him from the sand and he is moveing and i cant find anything abaut it

My vote is planaria. You will/should see more. They will migrate on the glass/towards the top of rocks.Search the forums, plenty of discussion on pros and cons of treating for them.
