Chaeto comes in tomorrow… I have my refugium light. Anything else I should know?

My 2oz Clean Chaeto Chaetomorpha Algae from AlgaeBarn comes in tomorrow. I already have the refugium lighting (Tunze Eco Chic Refugium Light 8831) in place and on a 12 hours on, 12 hours off schedule. Anything else I should know? Anything else considered important to add to a refugium? It’s not a large refugium because I have a biocube 32 with a InTank refugium.
