I just bought some macro on FB, i wanted to "clean it" i put in RO water overnight, i went to grab it out and its not like spaghetti anymore. more like a hair ball from the shower drain. i didnt put it in the tank. i put it in a bucket of saltwater with a grow light. Would that help bring it back or is it done for?

I'm guessing it's done. I would not expect saltwater macro to survive overnight RODI, but others with experience may be able to say what types could survive how long an RODI dip.
