Clownfish fins

Hey I have a clownfish that got beaten up pretty badly by the more dominant clownfish in the tank. I was wondering what the best remedies are!? I know I could remove the bully fish, but isn’t it natural for clowns to assert dominance till their heirarchy is achieved??
Other then that is there any medicine I could feed him? Or can I dose in my tank even with coral?

You could consider giving the clown a "bath" in methylene blue for injuries or Ruby Reef Rally.
