I love Floyd and Roger Waters I believe both drove the success of their collaboration. Each succeeded on their own. Waters an artistic genius and David Gilmour, the man behind the music. The Wall was a revelation and the story holds true today.

I agree.....although I am a much bigger fan of Waters than Gilmour. I can say that with confidence after listening to both of their solo works over the years. Waters has released some outstanding stuff since Pink Floyd...I can't really say the same for Gilmour unfortunately.....although he can still definitely play . Sorry, didn't mean to derail the cigar thread lol.
