My tank is loaded with a ton of copepods, big medium and small ones. Every morning when the lights kick on my pair of clowns and damsels hunt for them on the sandbed eating a pretty good amount. I have two questions about this, 1- are copepods alone enough for my fish to eat without having to feed them frozen food? 2- do my LPS corals eat those copepods at night when their tentacles are out?

It's a form of food but not THE one and only form of food.
You need to feed a variety of food to your fish.
If you do that you will at the same time have a variety of fish poop for your corals.

Yes corals will consume your pods as well.
