I just set up my QT tank, and was wondering if I could use both Coppersafe and Ruby Rally Pro simultaneously before I switch to Prazipro?

I’ve never done that, simply because I don’t use Rally Pro. It is pretty mild and the ingredients don’t contradict each other.

Ruby Rally Pro is my " Go-to" and I certainly would not mix them. Coppersafe is best followed by Prazi

Have you had good results treating Brook with it? I'm trying to avoid using Formalin as I have two little ones at home and don't like the risks of it.
