hey frends, 30gal inno marine tank about a year old, ~15 zoa frags, 2 chalice, 2 favia, 2 pipe organ, 2 cloves, 1 daisy frag, 1 duncan, 5 montipora, 1 leptastrea, 2 acropora, 2 turban, 1 alveo, 2 goni, 2 echinata, 2 kenya tree, 1 rhodactis, 1 ricordia, 3 cyphatrea, xenia, blasto, pavona, trumpet, birdsnest, acan, stylophora, 2 gsp, and 2 sympodium lol looks like a lot written out. my question rn: chalice coral is close to touching my leptastrea on its side. Lepta is receeding/dying maybe .5 inches in from the chalice. Will the coral continue to Receed until death? Or will only the sections touched by the chalice stingers die while leaving the untouched (but still connected) parts safe? thanks homi
