Its leaning towards the bad side, but not OMG pull it now side.
They dont host, they have a powerful sting that can hurt fish/corals/ other nems so keep other things away, they can If large enough eat your fish IF they are weak.

upside they arnt like Aiptasia's and likely to explode into 100's of them. Dont move around much, and can be pretty.

so...about the same good evil level as a carpet anemone. I really wouldnt recommend going out and Buying one, but as it's there... well. I have one too.

It's a hitchhiker and it's no bigger than my pinky nail at the moment.
