hello, I want to ask if anyone has experienced, radion xr30 pro gen5 turns on but is not detected on mobius.
i have 3 lights, 2 lights detected only 1 is not detected. the previous mobius application didn't seem to be a problem, but due to rarely opening the application, maybe auto updates from the apps store, yesterday when I ran the application it was a little confusing, then I tried to delete one by one the lights from the mobius application, when I wanted to add the lights strangely only appeared 2 lights, another one not detected but the condition is on.
then i searched the internet it says try again in factory settings, by using the button.
I followed these steps, strangely at the last step it should have successfully reset and the button light turned yellow, but on the button my light turned red and white blinked?
and I find out again what the lamp means.
I found that if the button light is blinking red and white it means "Firmware update in progress".
I'm confused how else the problem is the device is not detected
