I am not sure what needs to be done the day of. This will be a different swap than what the club is used to. Set up should be done on Friday night. Take down is always a time when everyone will need help though. I assume there will need to be at least two people manning the membership booth and possibly one more if we set up the CDP tank. I am not sure if the CDP will be set up or not. This swap is "hosted" by the club but run by an event company. This is the first time we have done it like this so it will be a learning experience for all participants.
