I just got a Chemical Warfare favia from TSA, as a mystery frag. Apparently it's the same species as a Fascination favia. How long can I expect its sweepers to be once it starts getting to be a small colony instead of a baby frag, and does that get larger as the colony grows? As in, does a 5" chunk of this favia species have longer sweepers than a 2"?

They get pretty long.

Right, I know some favias have really long sweepers. But there are different species of favia in the hobby, with vastly different polyp sizes. This one has polyps about 1/4" across, which is pretty far from the standard. Which is why I'm asking about, specifically, Fascination and Chemical Warfare favias.
