Yea some of those smooth skins can take a TON of light and some not so much. Pepper Jack is FIRE right lol

Gosh dang man you just got my kids all pumped up!!! Yes, it’s my favorite one right now. I put it at a 650 par spot, looks good still, very good polyp extension. I have some 800+ par spots I’m saving for some tenuis.

800 par on a tenuis??? Man only a few will handle those numbers, most tenuis will not like that. Maybe if you run a short peak. That pepper Jack will handle more than a tenuis. Prom queen, side chick are about the only ones in my whole farm that can take high par. All my tenuis go to the edges in the same par as the my precious. But hey every tank is different I would just be cautious brother

I run a tad over 400 par for 9 hours peak 11 hour total photo period.

Got it thanks for the feedback on that, I’ve never really blasted anything with 800 par other than a OG skywalker, it started growing but the flatworms got it. I do run a pretty short peak, 6 hours total. The rest is just low par blue led. Let’s see if I’m successful though, I’ll share colony pics in a year if I make it
