Was purchased brand new in 11/18. Includes the following:
-3 Luxcore selectable ballasts
-3 250W Radium 20k bulbs, purchased new less than a month ago.
-Hanging kit (brackets not included)

I have receipts for all equipment. Nothing wrong, going back to my LED setup.

Asking $1,000. Will not ship.
